Captivating charm is the hallmark of this exciting 3 bedroom, 2 bath, bright and airy, Blind Pass condominium.
The Island flair in the living-dining area, mixed with a little bit of country décor creates an ambiance of casual graciousness that makes you just want to sit down and stay for awhile. The large harvest table with ladder back chairs and a bouquet of sunflowers on top is just what the “decorator” ordered for the dining area. The overstuffed printed chair and sofa, white wicker chair, and white étagčre decorated with large shells of all descriptions and a coconut, carry out the Island theme in the living room.
The spacious updated kitchen has cabinets galore. One of the many treasures are pull-out shelves that make getting to those pots, pans, canned goods, etc., so much easier. For added convenience, it is open to the dining room with only a breakfast bar separating the two. This, too, is a handy feature for quick snacks for two or three people when it isn’t necessary to set the entire table.
The screened, tiled lanai is just the ideal place for an early morning quiet cup of coffee, casual lunch, or even an afternoon game of cards.
This condominium enjoys many features of today’s modern home. The privacy offered by a split bedroom plan with the master suite on one side of the residence and the two guest bedrooms on the other side is a major feature. There is no end to the storage space in this condominium. In addition to linen closets, broom closets, and a general closet in the third bedroom, there are large walk-in closets in the master and second bedrooms.
A very nice feature of the guest bath is the two vanities, one in the private dressing room and the other located in the regular bathroom area.
There is something for everyone at BlindPass Condominiums. It is a beautifully maintained complex with manicured lawns and flowering vegetation year-round. The large sparkling heated pool is great if you’re just not in the mood for the beach. And for a complex the size of BlindPass, it has an abundance of tennis courts. Even in the middle of season, you shouldn’t have to wait long to get on a court.
BlindPass Condominiums has so much to its credit, but all would agree that its number one strongest feature is its location. For those interested in the environment, in being close to nature, in one of Sanibel’s most remote and pristine beaches, it doesn’t get better than this.
The short distance from the complex to the beach over the bayou is truly a nature walk. As you go over the walking bridge, depending on the time of year, you may see wood stork, anhinga, roseate spoonbill, cormorant, many different varieties of heron, the list goes on. The sounds of the wild as you walk across that bridge are truly enchanting.
Then the sound changes and you hear the surf. No place on Sanibel is the beach quite as beautiful as it is at BlindPass Condominiums. Most days there is no one on the beach except those that are staying at BlindPass. You can look down the beach for miles and rarely see anyone. This is what makes BlindPass special.
Whether you're looking for a year-round residence, winter retreat, or investment property, BlindPass F-108 is it. And the rental history is excellent: Back in 2005, this unit generated $30,736 in rental income; in 2006 - $32,578; in 2007 - $32,829; and as of January 1, 2008, there is already $23,220 on the books.
Blind Pass Condominiums are truly special. Everyone loves them. You will too.
